MrBeast Sues Company making MrBeast Burger for Serving “Inedible” Meals
YouTube star Jimmy Donaldson, better known as MrBeast, is suing the company behind his fast food chain MrBeast Burger for serving “inedible” meals.
The lawsuit, filed in New York City, alleges that Virtual Dining Concepts, the company that partners with MrBeast to produce and deliver MrBeast Burger meals, has been serving food that is “undercooked,” “raw,” and “inedible.”
The lawsuit also alleges that Virtual Dining Concepts has been “negligent” in its food preparation and delivery, and that it has “failed to meet industry standards.”
MrBeast is seeking damages for “lost profits,” “damage to his reputation,” and “emotional distress.”
In a statement, MrBeast said that he was “disappointed” with Virtual Dining Concepts’ “failure to meet the high standards” that he set for MrBeast Burger.
“I want my fans to have a great experience when they order MrBeast Burger,” MrBeast said. “And that’s not happening right now.”
Virtual Dining Concepts has not yet commented on the lawsuit.
The lawsuit is the latest in a series of problems that MrBeast Burger has faced. In recent months, there have been reports of long wait times, incorrect orders, and even food poisoning.
It remains to be seen how the lawsuit will be resolved. However, it is clear that MrBeast is serious about ensuring that MrBeast Burger meets his high standards.
