“Gladiator 2” New Trailer: Paul Mescal Bleeds, Sweats and Battles Pedro Pascal in Ridley Scott’s Sequel
Ridley Scott’s highly anticipated sequel to the 2000 Oscar-winning film “Gladiator” is finally here. The new trailer for “Gladiator 2” has been released, and it gives us a glimpse into the epic battle that awaits us.
The trailer opens with a shot of a young Lucius Verus (Paul Mescal) being trained as a gladiator in the Colosseum. He is then shown fighting alongside his mentor, Commodus (Pedro Pascal), who is now the emperor of Rome.
The trailer is full of action, violence, and drama. We see Lucius Verus bleeding, sweating, and battling his way through hordes of enemies. We also see him forming a bond with Commodus, despite their differences.
The trailer ends with a shot of Lucius Verus standing on a battlefield, surrounded by the fallen. He looks determined and ready to take on whatever comes his way.
